SAM SALLON
Long Way Down

Long Way Down is the second single to be released from the album One For The Road.
For the single’s cover we decided to go with one of the images from the original album cover shoot by photographer Jean-Philippe Defaut. These photographs had been taken at Beachy Head near Eastbourne in East Sussex, the highest chalk sea cliff in Britain, rising to 162 m (530 ft) above sea level. One of the photos showed Sam standing on the edge of one of the highest points of the cliffs, one of the world’s most notorious suicide spots. This arresting image seemed to be perfect for the cover of Long Way Down.
A promotional CD was sent out for radio and press, and so the back cover promotes the forthcoming album.
